Estive hoje à tarde nas dependências do clube e o acordo foi fechado no final da tarde de hoje, vou citar os principais pontos ;
1- A eleição seria em novembro e o mandato atual do presidente e respectivos vice-presidentes iria até janeiro de 2010.
2- A claúsula referente a qualquer alteração neste sentido quanto a mandato daqui para frente teria a necessidade de aprovação de 90% do conselho e 90% da assembléia de sócios.
3- Ficou definido que os mandatos de presidente do COF e do CD, teria à partir de agora só 1 mandato sem direito a reeleição
4- Quanto aos sócios com direito a voto mudaria de 3 para 1 ano.
5- Quanto ao sócio se candidatar para o conselho não conseguiram diminuir os atuais 8 anos, portanto, permanece da forma que está.
6- Alterações desta ordem passariam a ter a necessidade de 75% do conselho e 75% da assembléia dos sócios.
7- A montagem das chapas será da ordem de 76 conselheiros e 15 suplentes, portanto exigindo-se menos candidatos do que os atuais 91(é isto mesmo?)
A chapa união verde e branca chegou a um concenso pois, pretende manter os atuais projetos que envolvem Arena, Traffic, patrocinadores como a Fiat, Suvinil e Adidas e vai engolir o sapo, principalmente para a turma do sapo boi não voltar ao poder.
Asseguro que não é certeza que a proposta passará no CD em reunião que será realizada em outubro, pois, somados os votos do Della Mônica, mais da Chapa União Verde e branco não se tem certeza se chegariam aos 145 votos, será preciso um intenso corpo a corpo e quem decidirá a questão serão os conselheiros pertencentes ao grupo do vice-presidente Paulo Nobre, que na penúltima eleição para presidente amealhou 44 votos.
Portanto, Paulo Nobre e seus conselheiros será o fiel da balança que muito provavelmente resolverá este embate.
Quanto a assembléia dos sócios e os 50% mais um necessários para aprovação será outro embate, igual a cabeça de juíz e bumbum de nenê não se sabe o que pode acontecer.
Eu particularmente esperava que se diminuísse os atuais 8 anos para se candidatar para conselheiro.
Outro fato importante é que Seraphin Dell Grande saíra da presidência do Conselho em Março de 2009, surgindo desta forma como um eventual nome de consenso para sair à candidato a presidência em novembro do mesmo ano.
Não foi discutido candidatos para sucessão, porém, já existe uma movimentação para que se comecem a mudar as peças do tabuleiro em outubro quando da votação do conselho.
Não existe esta questão que o Gilto Avallone teria 15 conselheiros que estariam insatisfeitos com a situação, na verdade Gilto está só e fará aquilo que der na telha dele.
Não repercutiu bem a questão dele ter ido a imprensa e ter feito declarações contra o Palaia e diretoria financeira, segundo a boa e velha cartilha política, roupa suja se lava em casa.
Muita água vai rolar por debaixo da ponte até esta reunião do conselho...
